Hi everyone! We are Michelle Shimmy and Maddie Sparkle, and we're so passionate about our pole dance industry and the spaces we create for our students.

We've created Elevate Pole Studio Summit to build connection in our industry, to strengthen our pole community, and share knowledge and experience.

The pole dance industry is evolving. Elevate Pole Summit exists to help studio owners navigate the challenges of modern day studio ownership.

We're creating a forum for the people behind the studios: the passionate studio owners who show up every day to build something meaningful in their communities.

Our mission is simple: to cultivate a thriving, sustainable pole industry by bringing studio owners together to learn, share, and grow.

We believe that when studio owners succeed, the whole industry rises.

Education

Delivering practical, relevant knowledge that studio owners can take home and put to work immediately. From business strategy, marketing, staff management, systems, processes and retention, our sessions are built for the real challenges you face running a pole studio.

Inspiration

Reminding you why you started, and showing you what's possible. Through open conversations, bold ideas, and the stories of studio owners who've been where you are, Elevate reignites the passion that drives great businesses.

Knowledge sharing

We are creating a space where experience flows freely. Whether you've been running a studio for ten years or ten months, you have something to teach and something to learn. Elevate is where those conversations happen.

Connection

Building genuine relationships across the industry. The pole community is tight-knit by nature, and Elevate is designed to create and enhance relationships between studio owners across Australia, who understand exactly what it takes to do what we do.

The pole industry deserves to thrive. Elevate Pole Summit is where that future gets built.
